Overnight Interview Instructions
HeyPets' 'Overnight Interview' sessions run for three days, every Friday to Monday. Prior to boarding we would like to discuss a suitable time with you when a member of the team will come and collect the dog and bring it to the farm for the interview. During this time we will inform you of the dog's condition and the outcome of the interview.
We emphasize that the 'overnight interview' is not mandatory, so if you as an owner do not feel this is necessary, you can go straight to the formal boarding process. However, we need the owner's understanding and approval that if the dog is found to be unsuitable for boarding, the owner will need to come to the farm in person to pick up the dog.
About the fee :We do not charge an extra fee for picking up the dog if the guest delivers the dog to the route the shuttle bus passes through and the staff completes the handover.

Common Q&A
1. Is there an additional boarding fee for dogs over 80lb (extra large dogs)?
- Dogs over 45lb are paid a flat fee at the large dog rate.
2. Will Bernese Mountain/Alaska/Samoyed and other long-haired dogs also get free poo-washes after a month's stay?
- Yes. Regardless of SIZE/long hair and short hair, dogs will receive a free poo wash after a month of stay.
4. Do I need to pay extra if I need to occasionally take the time to brush my dog's hair/wipe tear stains/brush his teeth/purchase worming medication/food on his behalf?
- No, but there is an additional charge for daily care services.
5. Do I need to pay a deposit if I need to book winter or summer vacation boarding?
